How do I book an event?

The fastest and easiest way to book tickets is online. There is no transaction fee to book online and you will receive your ticket via email. Please make your bookings for all ‘Living Now Events’ by using our online booking form. Payment can be made by most credit cards. Any problems please call the ‘Living Now Events’ office on 01803 431983.

Will I receive my ticket in the post?

No, all our events are e-ticketed. This means that once your order is confirmed you will receive an email to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. This email has the details of the event and a link to download your ticket. The ticket will be in PDF format.

May I pay for my ticket with a cheque?

For customers with no access to the internet or a credit card, we will accept cheque payment for tickets. To arrange this, please call the  ‘Living Now Events’  office on 01803 431983

I haven’t received my event ticket – help!

If you have not received your ticket via email please call the ‘Living Now Events’  office  on 0803 431983 or email us at  livingnowevents@outlook.com

Are there any discounts available”

Yes, we offer discounts for group bookings of 5 or more people. We will also consider bursaries for those with financial restrictions. For more details about group bookings and bursaries please call the ‘Living Now Events’ office  on 0803 431983 or email us at  livingnowevents@outlook.com

Do I need to bring my tickets to the event?

No, you do not need to bring your ticket with you to the event.

Could I buy books or merchandise at ‘Living Now Events’ ?

Yes, many of our speakers are authors in which case there are usually opportunities to purchase books or merchandise during the breaks. We would appreciate it if you could bring cash with you for this. Thank you.

Could I get my book signed by the speaker(s)?

There will be an opportunity to have a book or card pack signed by the author(s) speaking at the event. Book signings usually occur during a break or at the end of the event. Book signing time(s) and location(s) will be clearly displayed at the event on the day.

Is my ticket refundable?

Please notify us at least 3 working days before the event if you wish to cancel your booking and we will transfer your booking to another event (subject to availability), or give you a credit against a future booking. Bookings received less than 3 working  days before the event cannot be transferred, or any credit given, All requests must be in writing and emailed to: livingnowevents@outlook.com

What if I can’t come to the event after booking?

Please refer to our cancellation policy for all information regarding cancellations.

What happens if ‘Living Now Events’ cancels the event?

It is extremely rare that we would need to cancel an event, but if we do we will contact you by email as soon as we can and you will be refunded with the full cost of your ticket/s.

Terms and Conditions

Please bear in mind that our terms and conditions state that, “Living Now Events can accept no responsibility for any loss due to cancellation of any event. ‘Living Now Events’  will not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.”
